New World: USED P628C

(Item ID: USED P628C    Serial#: 7751)

New World USED P628C 2015 Short Scale Classical with Solid Rosewood and Cedar

Genereal Description:

The 628C is great fun to play. Its slightly smaller (7/8) body size and shorter scale (628mm) combined make for unexpected comfortable handling. Some might assume that this model is only for smaller sized players or players with smaller hands, but bear in mind that a Gibson Les Paul guitar has a scale only 2mm longer than this guitar, and a lot of big guys comfortably play those instruments. Regardless, the nut width and string displacements on this instrument are close to standard dimensions which makes it more broadly user friendly. And, with its surprisingly big sound, the 628C delivers in performance as well as in playability - a very desirable combination for anyone.

Cosmetic Condition:

While this guitar is in superb cosmetic condition, we observed what appears to be an incipient crack at the bass side end of the bridge. We have closely examined the interior of this guitar to find evidence of a crack, and there is none. So, this minor flaw could just be a crack in the finish. Additionally, one of the top's fan braces spans the suspect area which effectively adds structural support by cleating the top's longitudinal wood grain. given that this guitar looks as though it was never played, we would rate its condition as EXCLLENT +.

This guitar includes an archtop hardshell case. (used)
