From grand pianos to electric guitars, it is no secret that quality is a pillar of the Yamaha brand. The FGC-TA illustrates this ethos effortlessly. Its dreadnought shape gives it that “thunderbox” quality that we all know and love while still being a suitable instrument for finger picking. The tonal profile of this guitar exhibits a firm low end characteristic paired with sparkly highs, giving it the classic “smile” frequency curve. This type of sonic aesthetic lends itself to fitting into a mix of instruments quite easily and also being a solid choice as a standalone guitar.

Condition:

This guitar was definitely played by its previous owner, but also very much cared for.  Outside of signs of normal playwear (minor scuffing on the pickguard) the only point of note is a small scratch in the finish on the bass side at the lower bout.  As such, we would consider this guitar to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION
