Inspired by the long scale 000s of the pre war era, this particular custom 000 by Davis Guitars is a unique opportunity for players of all backgrounds to own a luthier built instrument without the typical price tag attached. 

Boasting a wide nut width (1 7/8”) and a chunky, deep “C” neck profile, it is a natural fingerstyle guitar.   Unlike typical modern 000 guitars, this model sports the full 25.5” scale length, which imparts greater projection, and faster response.  With rich lows, tempered by chimey, shimmering higher frequencies, there is an appreciable balance that provides the player clean note separation.  That said - it is also a more than capable guitar for strummers of any stripe.  When digging in with a flat pick, one has to drive the top fairly aggressively before hitting its resonant peak.
