 Tonally, this particular guitar is a natural for fingerstyle artists. Broad and dynamic, the 522e 12 fret excels at a myriad of styles. Its voice is warm and rich with pronounced trebles that provide excellent note separation for a modern, clear and lush sound present on many a singer songwriter album, yet when one digs in a bit and plays closer to the bridge, you can evoke a throaty, mid range focused sound more commonly found in vintage blues recordings.  Even when one steps outside of this instruments normal wheel house and drives it with a plectrum, it still answers the call with a surprisingly high ceiling before it begins to compress.  Played through your favorite DI or acoustic amp, or completely unplugged, the 522E 12-fret would be a worthy companion to any player looking for a versatile, smaller body guitar.

 Condition

 This guitar was well-maintained by its previous owner, but does show some signs of wear. Most notably some very minor bridge separation which has been addressed.  We would consider this guitar to be in NEAR MINT CONDITION.
