Eastman Guitars continue to amaze year after year, with a combination of uncanny musical vision, features more commonly seen on instruments at a much higher price point, and quality that just gets better and better. Their archtop guitars were among the first models we carried from this now widely respected company. Their long history of violin making dovetailed perfectly with their quest to make an astonishingly good “Jazz Box” at an affordable price. Fully solid hand carved tops (and sometimes backs and sides too) serve up a lush acoustic sound not really attainable with an all laminate instrument. Their judicious choice of pickups for each model, allow great “plugged in” representation as well. More and more, experienced players are asking about and requesting this brand. It is well deserved.
