Highway 61 Chrome with Baggs
This Republic Highway 61 Resonator that we recently acquired checks all the boxes for a solid, classic sounding resonator guitar. Its brass body gives it a sound that is instantly recognizable. This sound is practically synonymous with the sounds of the Delta blues that have shaped the world of music as we know it.
This Highway 61 has a body size that errs on the smaller side, making it abundantly comfortable to hold and travel with. However, this guitar still outputs a proud amount of the metallic tone that we all know and love. In slight contrast to its smaller body, the neck of this guitar has a significant amount of wood to it. Given this mass, the neck provides a sturdy anchor point for your thumb when playing either finger style or slide.
This Highway 61 remains in great condition and also comes with a sturdy Durafoam case.
