Pricing and General Information
Though we are known for our outstanding selection of guitars and related instruments, Maple Street Guitars actually began as a lesson studio. We still consider guitar instruction to be one of the most important services we offer the aspiring guitar player.
Several of our teachers have been with Maple Street Guitars from the earliest days. They remain with us as friends and colleagues, building on a long tradition of effective guitar instruction, covering a wide range of styles. In addition to being outstanding guitar players with years of performing experience, our teachers have a sound academic background in music and enjoy working with people of all ages, regardless of prior experience and musical background.
The teachers here are independent contractors and maintain their own schedules. Although most of our lessons are taught in our studios on Maple Drive, online lessons are also available with several of our instructors. The lesson rate is standard, i.e. the same for everyone; and all lesson payments are made directly to the teacher.

As of 2022 our Lesson rates are:
- $40 per half-hour lesson
- $80 per hour lesson
- $160 for one month of four, consecutive half-hour lessons
