Since we missed our January newsletter, this is our first chance to wish you all a Happy New Year! We are all hoping that 2023 will settle down and start acting like an adult. We wish you all a safe and happy year ahead. This month we are excited to introduce the new Eastman Madagascar Rosewood series guitars. John is featuring the E20D-MR-TC and comparing it to the E20D-TC, which has IndianRosewood back and sides. If you're wondering, the TC designation refers to Thermo-Curing the tops; a process that pre-ages the spruce and simulates years of playing time, creating an open and responsive tone. These are two exceptional dreadnoughts! If you want to hear a great sounding amp, Chris highlights the new features in the Carr Sportsmanamplifier, one of our favorites!
Lots of Great Live Music this Month:
Our good friend, Ben Wakeman will bring his stellar songs to Waller's Coffee Shop on February 4th. The great Bonaventure Quartet will tear it up at Elsewhere Brewery in Grant Park on February 11th. Also, our own John Cable will be performing in White, GA at Big Door Vineyards on February 16th with two of Georgia's finest songwriters, Mark Miller and Robin Dean Salmon. And, finally, this month's concert at Fiddler's Green in Candler Park is on February 18th and has the uber-talented Smith & Calvert and Crawlspace. See below for all the details on these gigs. Be safe and, as always, thank you for all your support!
